From Colorado Springs, take I-25 North towards Denver. Merge onto I-70 West and continue for about 55 miles. Take exit 264 for W 44th Ave towards Golden. Turn left onto W 44th Ave, and the Colorado Railroad Museum will be on your left at 17155 W 44th Ave, Golden, CO 80403. Note that parking is available at the museum.

If you are traveling from Pueblo, take I-25 North. Merge onto I-70 West and follow the same directions as above. The total drive will take approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

Public Transportation
From Denver, you can take the RTD Light Rail from Union Station. Board the W Line towards Golden and disembark at the end of the line at the Golden station. From there, you can either take a local bus (Route 44) or a taxi/rideshare service to reach Colorado Railroad Museum, which is about a 10-minute drive from the station.
