From anywhere in Housatonic Valley, get on CT-8 S from your location. Follow CT-8 S for approximately 10 miles. Merge onto I-95 S toward New Haven. Continue on I-95 S for about 40 miles. Take exit 90 for US-1 S toward Stonington. After exiting, turn left onto US-1 S. Follow US-1 S for about 3 miles, then turn right onto Water St. The Stonington Lighthouse Museum will be on your left at 7 Water St, Stonington, CT 06378.
