From the center of Arorangi, head west on the main road (Ara Tapu) towards the beach. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Te Au Road. Turn left onto Te Au Road and continue straight. JJ's Retreat is located on the left side, near the address P5WW+5PQ, Te Au Rd. Look for signs indicating JJ's Retreat as you approach.
