Walking
From the center of Avatiu, head west on Avatiu Road toward the coast. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Te Au Road. Turn left onto Te Au Road. Follow Te Au Road for approximately 1.5 kilometers. Keep an eye out for signage that points to JJ's Retreat. The retreat is located at P5WW+5PQ, and you should see it on your right as you approach the Arorangi District.

Bicycle
If you have a bicycle, start from the main market area in Avatiu and ride west along Avatiu Road. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach the intersection with Te Au Road. Turn left onto Te Au Road and continue for another 1.5 kilometers. Be cautious of traffic and enjoy the scenic views as you approach JJ's Retreat, which will be on your right side at P5WW+5PQ in the Arorangi District.

Public Transport
While there may not be a direct public transport route to JJ's Retreat, you can take a local bus from Avatiu to Arorangi. Board the bus heading toward Arorangi District and inform the driver that you would like to get off near Te Au Road. Once you get off, walk east on Te Au Road for about 500 meters, and JJ's Retreat will be on your left at P5WW+5PQ.
