If you are at Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí), head to the nearest tram stop, 'Václavské náměstí'. Take tram number 22 in the direction of 'Břevnov, Klášter' and ride for 5 stops. Get off at 'Malostranská'. Once you exit the tram, walk towards the river (Vltava). Cross the street and head towards the 'Malostranské náměstí'. Continue straight until you reach 'U Lužického semináře', where you'll find Prague's narrowest alley.

From the 'Muzeum' metro station, take Line A (Green Line) towards 'Nemocnice Motol'. Get off at 'Malostranská' station. After exiting the metro, follow the signs to the tram platform and take tram number 22 towards 'Břevnov, Klášter'. Get off at 'Malostranská' tram stop. Walk towards the river and then head to 'U Lužického semináře' to find the narrow alley.

If you are near Charles Bridge (Karlův most), cross the bridge and head towards the 'Malá Strana' district. Once you are on the other side, walk straight along 'Mostecká' street, then turn left onto 'U Lužického semináře'.
