From Interstate 95, take the exit for Route 141 South towards New Castle. Follow Route 141 to Route 9 South, then follow signs for historic New Castle. Battery Park is located at the end of Delaware Street. Free on-street parking is generally available, but can be limited during peak season. Public parking lots are also available on West Third Street and Second and Chestnut Streets. Metered parking costs around $0.25 per hour.
