From downtown Lewes, the Lewes Historical Society Main Campus is easily accessible on foot. Head northeast on Second Street towards Shipcarpenter Street. Turn right onto Shipcarpenter Street, and the campus will be on your left, a short walk from the main commercial area.

DART First State operates bus routes that serve the Lewes area. Check the DART website for the most up-to-date schedules and route information. From the Lewes Transit Center, you can take a local bus to a stop near the historical society and walk a short distance to the campus. A one-way fare is $2.

If driving, navigate to 110 Shipcarpenter St, Lewes, DE 19958. Parking is available in the surrounding streets, but it can be limited, especially during peak season. Metered parking is in effect from May 1 to October 14, costing $1.50 per hour. Free parking is available at the lot off Schley Ave (Franklin Ave & Schley Ave). Be sure to check signage for time limits and restrictions.
