If you are traveling by car within Sussex County, navigate to DE-1 (Coastal Highway). Take the exit toward DE-26 E (Bethany Beach/Dagsboro) and continue on DE-26 E. Follow signs for DE-1 N and merge back onto DE-1 N. After approximately 4 miles, exit onto DE-1 N toward Lewes. Continue for about 5 miles and take the exit for Cape Henlopen State Park. Follow the signs to Fort Miles Artillery Park, which is located within the state park. There is a parking fee of approximately $5 per vehicle.
