From Rehoboth Beach, take Coastal Highway (Route 1) north towards Lewes. After approximately 5 miles, take the exit for Route 9 (Lewes). Continue on Route 9 until you reach the intersection with Kings Highway. Turn left onto Kings Highway, then follow it until you see the signs for Adams Avenue. Turn left onto Adams Avenue. The Lewes History Museum will be on your right at 101 Adams Ave, Lewes, DE 19958. Parking is available on-site.

If you are traveling from Rehoboth Beach, you can take the DART bus Route 201 towards Lewes. Get off at the stop nearest to Kings Highway. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to the museum.
