From Wilmington, take the DART First State bus route 15 towards New Castle. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Delaware St and 2nd St in New Castle. From there, walk east on Delaware St for about 5 minutes to reach the New Castle Court House Museum at 211 Delaware St. A one-way bus fare is typically around $2.

From I-95 South, take exit 5A and follow SR-141 East to SR-273. Turn left onto SR-273, then make a slight right onto Delaware Street. The New Castle Court House Museum will be on your left at 211 Delaware Street. Free public street parking is available. Parking is also available at the New Castle Court House Museum with no time limit.
