If you're driving from the center of Mindo, head east on the main road (Via a Mindo - Quito). After approximately 1.5 kilometers, keep an eye out for the sign for 'Vía al Mariposario' on your left. Turn left onto this road and continue for about 3 kilometers. Casa Verde will be on your right. Look for the lodge, which has a sign indicating its name.

Public Transportation
To reach Casa Verde using public transport, take a local bus from Mindo's main square heading toward 'Nono'. Ask the driver to drop you off at the 'Mariposario' stop. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk. Head back along the road you came from, and take the first right onto 'Vía al Mariposario'. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers, and Casa Verde will be on your right.

Another option is to take a taxi from Mindo to Casa Verde. Taxis are available around the main square. The ride should cost around $5 to $10, depending on your negotiation skills and the time of day. The taxi will take you directly to the lodge if you provide the address: Vía al Mariposario, Mindo 171202.
