Walking
From the central plaza in Otavalo (Plaza de los Ponchos), head west towards Avenida 31 de Octubre. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Calle Sucre. Turn left onto Calle Sucre and walk for another 300 meters until you reach the bus terminal (Terminal Terrestre).

At the Terminal Terrestre, look for buses heading to Peguche. The fare is usually quite affordable, around $0.50 to $1.00. Buses to Peguche are frequent, so you shouldn’t have to wait long. The ride takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Inform the driver that you are going to Peguche.
