From Quito, head to the Terminal Terrestre Quitumbe bus station. Take a bus heading to Sangolquí, which costs approximately $0.50. Once you arrive in Sangolquí, you can catch a local taxi or take a bus towards San Miguel Loreto (this may cost an additional $0.25 to $0.50). Inform the driver that you are going to Las tres Cascadas. The total travel time is about 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic.
