From the bus stop, walk towards the Neulamäki Nature Preserve, a short 10-minute walk away. Follow the signs leading to the preserve entrance. A single bus fare costs around €3-€4.

If you enjoy walking, you can take a leisurely stroll from the city center to Neulamäki Nature Preserve. Start your journey from the Kuopio Market Square and head northeast towards the lake. Follow the lakeside path and continue along the scenic route towards Neulamäki. This walk will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you reach the preserve, look for the entrance signs. There are no costs involved.

If driving, parking is available at Pilpantie 142, 70700 Kuopio, near the Kolmisoppi pond. Alternatively, street parking can be found at the end of Juontotie, 70150 Kuopio.
