    From Pyhä-Luosto National Park, head south on Route 4 (E75) towards Rovaniemi. After approximately 70 km, take the exit toward Ilomantsi on Route 6. Continue on Route 6 for about 160 km, following signs for Ilomantsi. Once you reach Ilomantsi, follow Petkeljärventie road, which will lead you directly to the entrance of Petkeljärvi National Park. The total drive time is around 3 hours and 30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

    From Pyhä-Luosto, take a bus to Rovaniemi. The bus ride takes about 1 hour. From Rovaniemi, you can catch a train to Joensuu, which takes approximately 2 hours.
