From the center of Annecy, head to the Annecy train station (Gare d'Annecy). You can walk there in about 15 minutes from the old town area. Once at the train station, purchase a ticket for the train to Saint-Gervais-les-Bains. Trains run regularly, but check the schedule for the next departure. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Passy station. From the station, exit and look for bus line 61 towards 'Les Houches' or 'Passy Centre'. Get off at the 'Base de Loisirs' stop, which is a short walk from the entrance of the leisure base.

If you're feeling adventurous, consider renting a bicycle in Annecy. Head towards the bike path that follows the lake. Follow the signs towards Albertville, passing through scenic views along the lake. The ride should take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you reach Passy, follow signs toward 'Base de Loisirs de Passy' which will lead you to the entrance.
