Walking
If you are near the Lourdes Sanctuary, head southeast towards the main entrance of the Sanctuary. From there, exit towards the Avenue Mgr Théas. Walk down this avenue for approximately 10 minutes. The Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary will be on your left at 1 Avenue Mgr Théas. You will recognize it by its striking architecture and the surrounding gardens.

Public Transport - Bus
If you are near the Lourdes train station, take the local bus number 3 towards 'Basilique' from the bus station right outside the train station. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the stop 'Basilique.' Once you get off, walk towards the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary, which is just a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs directing you to the Basilica.

Walking from Main Square
From the main square in Lourdes, head towards the Rue de la Grotte. Continue straight until you reach the Sanctuary area. At the entrance, turn left onto Avenue Mgr Théas. Walk straight, and you will see the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary on your left side, about 15 minutes from the square.
