From Faa'a International Airport, a taxi to Mahana Park costs approximately 651 XPF for a 5km ride during the day. The base fare is 1500 XPF, with an additional 130 XPF per kilometer. Taxis are readily available at the airport.
Public Transport
Local buses (le trucks) operate from Papeete to areas near Mahana Park. A trip to the end of the line costs about 750 XPF. From the bus stop, a short walk will take you to the park. Bus schedules may be irregular, especially on Saturdays and non-existent on Sundays.
Driving
Mahana Park is located at PK 19.1 between Puna'auia and Paea. From Papeete, follow the Route de Dégagement Ouest (RDO). Ample parking is available at the entrance of the park.
