Walking
From the center of Telavi, head towards the main road, Chavchavadze Street. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Tsinandali Street. Turn left onto Tsinandali Street. Continue walking for approximately 3 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and cafes along the way. Keep an eye out for signs indicating Ujarma. After 3 kilometers, you will see a sign for Ujarma fortress. Follow the sign and take a right onto a smaller road that leads directly to the fortress. The walk will take around 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Public Transport
From the main bus station in Telavi, take a minibus heading to Ujarma. The minibuses leave regularly, roughly every 30 minutes. The ride will take about 30 minutes. Inform the driver that you want to go to Ujarma fortress. Once you arrive at the Ujarma stop, you will see signs directing you to the fortress. It’s a short 10-minute walk uphill from the bus stop to the fortress entrance.
