Metro
From Syntagma Metro Station, take the Metro Line 3 (the blue line) towards Doukissis Plakentias. Get off at Monastiraki Station (2 stops). Exit the station and follow the signs towards the Ancient Agora. Once you are outside, walk straight along Ermou Street until you reach the intersection with Adrianou Street. Turn left onto Adrianou Street, and the entrance to the Ancient Agora will be a short walk ahead on your right.

Bus
If you are near Syntagma Square, you can catch Bus 025 or 027. Board the bus and get off at the 'Syntagma' stop. Walk towards the Monastiraki area. From Monastiraki Square, head to Adrianou Street, and the Ancient Agora will be located just a few minutes' walk from the square.

Walking
If you're staying in the Plaka area, simply walk towards Monastiraki Square. Once at the square, head towards the main street (Adrianou Street) and walk straight. You will see the entrance to the Ancient Agora on your right. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from Plaka.

You can easily hail a taxi in the streets of Athens. Simply tell the driver 'Ancient Agora' or show them the location on your mobile device. The driver will take you directly to the entrance of the Ancient Agora. Taxis are a convenient option if you're carrying a lot of luggage or if you prefer not to walk.
