If you are near a metro station, take Line 1 (the Green Line) towards Kifisia and get off at Monastiraki Station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs towards 'Monastiraki Square'. After exiting the station, you will find yourself in Monastiraki Square. From there, walk towards the ancient ruins, keeping your left side towards the square. The Roman Forum of Athens is about a 5-minute walk from the square. Head down Ermou Street, and then turn right onto Polignotou Street, where the entrance is located.

If you prefer taking a bus, locate a bus stop near your current location. Take any bus that heads towards Monastiraki. Once you reach Monastiraki, get off and follow the directions from Monastiraki Square stated above. The distance from the bus stop to the Roman Forum is approximately 5 minutes on foot.

Walking
If you are already in the historic center of Athens, simply walk towards Monastiraki Square. From the square, walk along Ermou Street, which is a pedestrian-friendly area filled with shops and cafes. Continue until you reach the intersection with Polignotou Street and turn right. The Roman Forum of Athens will be right ahead. This walk should take about 10-15 minutes depending on your starting point.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hail a taxi. Tell the driver 'Roman Agora' or provide the address: Polignotou 3, Athina 105 55. The taxi will take you directly to the entrance. Make sure to check the fare before getting in, as it varies depending on distance and time of day.
