    From the heart of Psiri, head south on Agias Ekaterinis Street. Walk for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Ermou Street. Turn left onto Ermou Street and continue walking straight. After approximately 10 minutes, you will reach Monastiraki Square, a vibrant area filled with shops and cafes. From Monastiraki Square, look for the signs directing you to the Ancient Agora, which is just a short walk away. Follow the signs to the entrance, which is located at the northwest corner of the Agora.

  • Metro

    If you prefer public transport, you can take the Metro from the Monastiraki Station (which is close to Psiri). Board the Metro on Line 1 (the green line) in the direction of Kifisia. Travel for one stop and get off at the 'Monastiraki' station. Exit the station and follow the signs to the Ancient Agora, which is just a 5-minute walk from the station. Be aware that a single ticket costs approximately €1.20 and is valid for 90 minutes.
