From Chania, head to the KTEL Chania-Rethymno bus station located on Kranidioti Street. Purchase a ticket to Mithi (Μύθοι). Buses run regularly, so check the schedule for the next departure. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Mithi bus stop, ask locals for directions to Sarakinas Gorge, which is about a 15-20 minute walk from the bus stop.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Chania to Sarakinas Gorge. You can book a taxi from your hotel or find one at a taxi stand. The trip will take about 1 hour, and the driver will take you directly to the entrance of the gorge.
