If you are in the heart of Old Town Heraklion, start by heading towards the Old Venetian Harbour. You can ask locals for directions to the harbour if you're unsure. After a short walk of about 5-10 minutes, you will see the Venetian Shipyards / Vechi on your right at Leof. Nearchou.
