The monastery is located approximately 15-20 minutes away from the Old Town by foot.

Make sure to ask the driver to notify you when you reach the stop nearest to the monastery. The journey takes around 25 minutes, and from the bus stop, you will need to walk about 10 minutes to reach Agia Irini.
