Walking
Start at the Forest Parish Church on the Rue des Aieux. Head north on Rue des Aieux towards Rue de la Villiaze. After about 300 meters, turn left onto Rue de la Villiaze. Continue walking straight for approximately 400 meters until you reach the intersection with Rue des Fiefs. Turn right onto Rue des Fiefs and follow it for about 600 meters. You will pass several local shops and cafes along the way. At the end of Rue des Fiefs, turn left onto the main road, La Rue de la Lande. Walk along La Rue de la Lande for about 1 kilometer until you reach the coast. As you approach the coastline, keep an eye out for signs pointing to Fort Hommet. Once you reach the coast, you can follow the coastal path that leads directly to Fort Hommet, which will be visible ahead.
Public Transport
From Forest, head to the nearest bus stop located on La Rue de la Lande. Take the bus number 91 or 92 towards St. Peter Port. After approximately 15 minutes, alight at the stop named 'Fort Hommet'. From there, it is a short 5-minute walk to the entrance of Fort Hommet. Simply follow the signs along the path leading to the fort.
