If you are driving in Central Highlands, start by heading towards La Union. From there, take the CA-5 highway heading towards the east. After approximately 45 minutes of driving, you will see signs leading to Olancho. Continue on the CA-5 until you reach the Boulevard Las Acacias exit. Turn onto Boulevard Las Acacias and follow the road for about 10 minutes. The Cuevas de Talgua will be located on your right. Make sure to have your GPS or a map app handy for precise navigation.

To reach Cuevas de Talgua by public transportation, take a bus from Tegucigalpa to La Union. The buses typically leave from the main bus terminal and the journey takes around 2 hours.
