Start from the center of Borgarnes, near the Borgarnes Town Hall. Head south on Aðalgata street until you reach the intersection with Búðargata. Turn left onto Búðargata and continue walking until you see the bus stop. From here, take the bus heading towards Reykjavík. The journey will take approximately 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Reykjavík, disembark at the main bus terminal, BSÍ. After that, take bus number 14 towards 'Sundlaug Laugardals' and get off at the 'Laugardalur' stop. The Reykjavík Park and Zoo will be a short walk from the bus stop, located at Laugardalur. Follow the signs towards the zoo entrance.
