Starting from the center of Egilsstadir, head north on Aðalstræti street. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Jöklavegur. At the intersection, turn left onto Jöklavegur. Walk for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs for Egilsstaðir útsýnisstaður guiding you up a slight incline. Follow the path leading upwards to the viewing area.
