From the center of Egilsstaðir, head northwest on Aðalstræti (the main street). Continue walking straight for about 1.2 kilometers until you reach the intersection at the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the road marked towards Litli Bakki. Follow this road for approximately 2 kilometers until you see Geirsstaðakirkja on your left side. The church is located at Litli Bakki, 701 Egilsstaðir.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Egilsstaðir and ride northwest along Aðalstræti. Continue for around 1.2 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto the road leading to Litli Bakki. Continue biking along this road for about 2 kilometers. You will find Geirsstaðakirkja on your left. The ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes.
