Start your journey from the center of Grindavík, specifically from the main square (Tjarnargata). Head east on Tjarnargata towards the main road (Reykjanesbraut). After approximately 300 meters, turn right onto Reykjanesbraut. Continue walking along this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Þjóðvegur (Route 43).

At the intersection of Reykjanesbraut and Þjóðvegur, carefully cross to the other side of the road. Once crossed, continue walking on the right side of Þjóðvegur for another 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several scenic viewpoints and may see some local wildlife along your way.

After about 1.5 kilometers on Þjóðvegur, look for a dirt path leading towards the coast on your right. This path will take you closer to the ocean where Krísuvíkurberg Lighthouse is located. Follow this path for about 1 kilometer until you reach the cliffs overlooking the sea.
