From Húsavík, drive southeast on Route 85 towards Ásbyrgi. After approximately 58 kilometers, you will reach the junction for Route 1 (the Ring Road). Turn left onto Route 1 and continue for about 5 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Ásbyrgi and take Route 862 to the left. Follow Route 862 for about 10 kilometers until you reach the Gljúfrastofa - Ásbyrgi Visitor Centre, which will be on your right. Parking is available on-site, and there are no entry fees for the visitor center.
