For public transportation, take the Strætó bus service to the city center. Bus lines 14, 15, and 18 all have stops close to the city center. You can get off at the 'Hallgrímskirkja' stop, which is a short walk from the Leif Eriksson Monument. The monument is located at Skólavörðustígur 45, 101 Reykjavík, right in front of the Hallgrímskirkja church. A single bus fare is approximately 490 ISK (Icelandic Króna), and tickets can be purchased on the bus or via the Strætó app.

From the Harpa Concert Hall, head northwest along the waterfront until you reach the main street, Laugavegur. Turn left on Laugavegur, and then continue until you reach Skólavörðustígur street. Turn right on Skólavörðustígur, and you'll find the monument at 45, right in front of Hallgrímskirkja. The walk takes about 15-20 minutes.
