Walking
From the Laugardalur area, head northwest towards the main road, Miklubraut. Continue walking for about 10-15 minutes until you reach Kringlumýrarbraut, then take a left. Walk for another 5 minutes until you reach the roundabout, then take the first exit onto Hallgrímstorg. The Einar Jónsson Museum will be on your right at Hallgrímstorg 3. Make sure to look for the large sculptures in the museum's garden.

Public Bus
You can take Bus Line 14 from the nearest bus stop in Laugardalur (Laugardalur Sund) towards Mjódd. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop 'Hallgrímskirkja' which is near the museum. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to the museum. Exit the bus and head southeast on Skólavörðustígur until you reach Hallgrímstorg. The museum will be at Hallgrímstorg 3.
