Continue on Route 35 until you reach the junction with Route 36, leading to Kerlingarfjöll. Follow the signs to Kerlingarfjöll, and be prepared for gravel roads as you approach Ásgarður. The last stretch is a winding gravel path, so proceed with caution. The journey may take around 4-5 hours depending on road conditions and stopping time.
