Start from the Twin Falls Transit Center located at 200 River Vista Place, Twin Falls, ID. Board the Route 1 bus heading towards Wendell. The bus will take you directly to Wendell, which is approximately a 30-minute ride. Once you arrive in Wendell, get off at the stop closest to Main St. Walk north on Main St for about 0.6 miles, which should take around 12 minutes. Follow the signs to Box Canyon Springs Preserve, which will be on your right.

Rent a bike from a local bike rental shop in Twin Falls. Head southeast on Shoshone St toward Washington St E. Continue straight onto the bike path that runs along the Snake River. Follow the path for approximately 21 miles until you reach Wendell. Upon entering Wendell, follow the signs to Box Canyon Springs Preserve, which will be to your right. The entire bike ride will take about 2 hours, depending on your pace.
