From Illinois Beach State Park, head south on North Lake Boulevard towards East 1st Street. Continue for approximately 2 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 41. Merge onto Route 41 North and continue for about 8 miles. Take the exit for Route 120 West toward Grayslake. Continue on Route 120 for about 3 miles, then turn right onto Sheridan Road (Route 137). The National Museum of the American Sailor will be on your left at 2531 Sheridan Rd Building 42, Great Lakes, IL 60088. Parking is available on-site.
