Once you reach the Secretariat Hills area, look for a sign that indicates the Capt. Williamson Sangma State Museum. The museum is located at HV9M+VJ6, which is a short distance from the entrance of the Secretariat complex.

From any point in Laitumkhrah, you can take a shared auto-rickshaw to the Secretariat Hills. Stand by the roadside and look for a shared auto-rickshaw heading towards the Secretariat area.
