If you are driving from Tanjung Pinang, take the Jl. Raya Tanjung Pinang road and head north towards Bintan. Follow the signs for Bintan Resort and Lagoi Bay. Once you reach the Lagoi area, follow the signs to Lagoi Bay Beach, which is located at 59FF+JFR, Bay, Kec. Tlk. Sebong, Kabupaten Bintan. The journey should take about 1.5 hours depending on traffic.

From Tanjung Pinang, take a public bus or minivan towards Bintan Resort. The buses depart from the main bus terminal in Tanjung Pinang and cost around IDR 30,000 to 50,000.
