If you are renting a car in Riau Islands, head towards Bintan Island. From Tanjung Pinang, take the Jl. Raya Haji road towards Sebong Lagoi, which is approximately a 1-hour drive (about 45 km). Follow the signs for Kawasan Pariwisata. The resort is located at Jalan Raya Haji Km 01, directly on your right as you enter the resort area.

Take a bus from Tanjung Pinang to Bintan Resort. Buses depart regularly from the Tanjung Pinang bus terminal. The fare is around IDR 50,000. Once you arrive at the Bintan Resort area, you can take a local taxi or ride-hailing service to reach Natra Bintan, which is about a 15-minute drive (approximately 10 km) from the bus drop-off point.
