If you're starting from the Waterloo Transit Center located at 200 E 4th St, head west on E 4th St towards Jefferson St. After about 0.2 miles, turn left onto Jefferson St and walk south for approximately 0.3 miles. You will pass several shops and local eateries. When you reach the intersection with W 3rd St, turn right and continue walking for another 0.2 miles. You will see the Black’s Building on your left at 501 Sycamore St. The building is a multi-purpose structure and the entrance is clearly marked.
