If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Dublin. Head south on O'Connell Street and take the first left onto Parnell Square. Continue straight onto Clanbrassil Street. After about 2 kilometers, turn right onto the South Circular Road (R810). Continue on the R810 for approximately 1 kilometer, then turn left onto Islandbridge. The Irish National War Memorial Gardens will be on your right. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a fee depending on the time of your visit.

For those using public transport, take one of the Dublin Bus services. Routes 25, 26, or 67 will take you close to the gardens. Board the bus at any central stop like O'Connell Street. Disembark at the 'Island Bridge' stop. From the bus stop, it’s a short 5-minute walk to the gardens. Simply walk straight ahead on Islandbridge Road, and the entrance will be on your left.

Public Transportation - Luas
You can also use the Luas light rail system. Take the Red Line towards Tallaght or Saggart and get off at the 'James's' stop. From there, exit the station and walk towards the South Circular Road. Turn left and walk for about 15 minutes until you reach Island Bridge. The gardens will be directly on your right.
