Take bus line 5 or 10 towards the city center. The bus will take you to the stop 'Piazza Gramsci.' Once you get off, walk towards Via di Città, then turn left onto Via S. Domenico. Continue walking straight until you reach Piazza S. Domenico where the Basilica Cateriniana San Domenico is located.
