From the main square in San Gimignano, Piazza della Cisterna, head towards Via San Giovanni. Walk straight along this road for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Via della Madonna. Turn left onto Via della Madonna. Continue straight until you reach the end of the street, then take a right onto Via di San Francesco. Follow this road for about 15 minutes, and it will lead you out of San Gimignano and towards the bus stop. Once at the bus stop, board the bus heading to Siena. After a scenic ride of approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Siena - Piazza del Duomo' stop. From there, it’s just a short walk to the Opera delle Metropolitana, located at Piazza del Duomo, 8.
