If you are driving from Garfagnana, take the SP20 road heading southeast towards Lucca. Follow the signs for Lucca and after approximately 30 km, merge onto the A11 motorway towards Firenze. Take exit 6 towards Lucca and continue straight onto Via delle Tagliate. After about 1.5 km, turn left onto Viale Giuseppe Garibaldi. Continue for 1 km, and you will find Piazza S.Francesco on your right. The Chiesa di San Francesco is located in the square, and there are parking options available nearby.
