Start from the historic center of Lucca, particularly from the famous Piazza dell'Anfiteatro. Exit the piazza and head towards Via Fillungo, the main shopping street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via San Paolino. Turn left onto Via San Paolino and follow it until you reach the Porta San Pietro (the San Pietro Gate). Pass through the gate and continue straight on Via San Pietro, which will lead you out of the city walls. Once outside, keep straight on Via San Pietro; you will see signs pointing towards the Aqueduct. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will notice the Aqueduct of Nottolini on your right. The address is Via Tempietto, 388, 55100 Lucca LU.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Lucca. From the rental shop, head towards the city walls and exit through the Porta San Pietro. Once outside, follow Via San Pietro straight for about 1.5 kilometers. The route is mostly flat and suitable for cyclists. Look out for the Aqueduct on your right side as you approach. The final destination is located at Via Tempietto, 388, 55100 Lucca LU.

To reach the Aqueduct of Nottolini using public transport, find the nearest bus stop in the city center, such as at Piazza San Marco. Take bus number 12 towards Capannori and get off at the 'Tempietto' stop. From there, it’s a short walk of about 500 meters.
