From the center of Montepulciano, head towards the main square, Piazza Grande. Once you reach the square, take the street called Via di Gracciano nel Corso. Continue straight on this road, and after about 1.5 kilometers, you will encounter a fork. Take the left path towards Via delle Città. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Strada di Montecorneo. Turn right and continue for about 400 meters. The Church of Saint Justin will be on your left at Strada di Montecorneo, 4.
