Walking
Start at the Pisa Centrale train station. Exit the station and head southwest on Via Francesco Crispi toward Via della Stazione. Continue straight onto Via Giuseppe Garibaldi, which will take you to the Lungarno Mediceo. Follow the river along the Lungarno until you reach the Ponte di Mezzo. Cross the bridge and continue straight on Via Cesare Battisti. After about 1 km, turn left onto Via San Marco, follow it until it merges into Via della Chiesa XXIII. Continue straight for another 1.5 km, and you will find Campo sportivo San Macario on your right at Via della Chiesa XXIII, 532.
