Walking
From the center of Pompeii, start at the Pompeii Archaeological Park entrance on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Walk east towards Piazza Bartolo Longo. Exit the square onto Via Roma and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Plinio. Turn left onto Via Plinio and walk until you reach the end of the street. You will see the train station (Pompei Scavi - Villa dei Misteri) on your right. Continue walking along Via Plinio until you reach Via Bosco del Monaco. Turn right on Via Bosco del Monaco and walk approximately 1 km. Casa Setaro Winery will be on your left at Via Bosco del Monaco, 34.

From the center of Pompeii, head to the Pompei Scavi - Villa dei Misteri train station. Take the Circumvesuviana train towards Sorrento. After one stop, get off at Trecase station. Exit the station and walk south on Via Roma for about 500 meters, then turn left onto Via Bosco del Monaco. Walk approximately 400 meters and Casa Setaro Winery will be on your left at Via Bosco del Monaco, 34.
