Start from the Pompeii archaeological site entrance on Via Villa dei Misteri. Head south on Via Villa dei Misteri until you reach the intersection with Via Roma. Turn left onto Via Roma and continue walking until you reach the Piazza Bartolo Longo. From the Piazza, look for the bus stop for the Circumvesuviana train line (the local train). Take the train towards Sorrento and get off at the Torre Annunziata Centrale station. Exit the station and walk towards Via Sepolcri, which is approximately a 15-minute walk. Follow Via Sepolcri until you reach the Scavi di Oplontis - Villa Poppea.

From the Pompeii archaeological site entrance on Via Villa dei Misteri, walk to the nearby Circumvesuviana train station (Pompei Scavi - Villa dei Misteri). Board the train towards Sorrento and ride for two stops until you reach Torre Annunziata Centrale. Once you arrive, exit the station and head southeast on Via Sepolcri. The Scavi di Oplontis - Villa Poppea will be on your left after about a 15-minute walk.
